Just use the amount stated, don’t use too much. By the time I showered after a long swim I couldn’t tell I’d used it - I was swimming three times a week and it definitely helped prevent ear infections for me. **Q: Can you tell me what all the ingredients are in these eardrops. Thankyou.** A: The ingredients are olive oil, mineral oil and tea tree oil **Q: Can you use this then put ear plugs in too?** A: According to the instructions it creates a barrier to stop water without ear plugs **Q: Should you use this before or after a swim?** A: Definately before. I'd suggest around 10 minutes before but can be done before you leave for the pool or just before. Value for money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helps reduce my swimming ear infections *by C***E on 14 December 2025* Really helpful to reduce ear infections from swimming. I used to get frequent ear infections after swimming. Less so if I wore ear plugs but it would still happen sometimes. I now combine sprays of this then ear plug too, and the combo seems to have massively decreased frequency of ear infections! In the past my ears would also hurt if an earplugs shifted and some water got in but this spray seems to stop the pain and I can continue the the end of the lap or whatever before I adjust the earplugs again. Also seems to prevent me from getting blocked ears from ear wax which makes sense given this is just added teatree to the oil.
