Definite must buy
I absolutely love this 2TB external hard drive! It was super easy to set up and use, even for someone not very tech-savvy. I can quickly back up my photos, videos, and files from multiple devices without any issues. The large storage capacity gives me peace of mind, and everything transfers smoothly. Definitely a reliable product I plan to use for years—highly recommend!

Great Customer Service
We love the unit but a problem arose with the auto backup. I emailed the company and within three days they corrected the problem, had me download the updated APP and it works great. Great response and Customer Service!!!

It’s works GREAT!
It’s works! I’m not a great computer brainiac, but this worked for me and I tested it for playback! It’s quite simple once you understand what to do. Mostly, just plug it in and follow the prompts. I stored 8 years+ worth of photos, videos, screenshots, to save space on my iPhone. It pulled the pics off of my iCloud too! It will store documents as well, but I just wanted it for pics and videos. NOTE: If you have a lot to store, make sure your iPhone/iPad is fully charged first and the ySky device too. It will pause the process, if you hit the stop button that appears in the App. Screen. Then, it’s searches to where it left off when you start it up again. Both the phone and the ySky got pretty warm during the process. But, it worked! It’s much better than my Toshiba drive I bought, that I can’t figure out! lol.

Pay close attention to reviews
I should have paid more attention to this product before I missed the return window. This hard drive will not save all your photos. It uses compression software to boost the transfer speed and half my photos are not readable on my desktop. I am not manually moving pictures from my phone with defeats the purpose of getting this backup drive. Also, it already deleted photos off my phone when it transferred it to the drive and half of my pictures are not readable on my desktop. One of the worst purchases I've ever made on Amazon and now pictures of my kids are lost forever. Very disappointed in this product that I had high hopes for given the high price point.
