The content of it I love as I do not eat enough fruit and vedge to get all my amounts of nutrients. This is good also for my pcos with the inositol, my depression and anxiety because of its good B complex, there is a fair dose of D3 and they have not tried to cram in things like magnesium and potassium which you need higher doses of so should take separate anyway. My mother used to take them too and this is my only complaint now: she has had septicemia and now cannot face the smel and taste of the matalic elements. This is sad because she benefited greatly at aged 70 from it. I saw a marked improvement in her skin, nail and hair and she has bad arthritis and spinal stenosis but these kept her bone density good. My only ask to make these better is an enteric coating or candy coating like some drugs have. The tablets are large and mother always has struggled taking any tablets but she could manage them with a good drink. I have no problems taking them but I have not got a strong gag reflex. 100% I recommend these and have actually got 2 other friends taking them for health issues and they are seeing benefit within a month like my mother did. I hope this review is informative and helps others choose appropriate supplements because we really don't get enough from food no matter how good we are at eating the right stuff.
