This is my first furniture flip so i don’t have anything to compare it to, but overall it was easy to work with. I let soak in warm water for about 45 mins to loosen it up. I then applied wood glue to the surface of where i was placing it while still damp and used a staple gun to nail down the edges. I let it dry overnight and it came out well. I left some excess all around in case there was any shrinkage when it dried which is typical so plan for that. Cutting off the excess wasn’t too much of a headache. I used a box cutter and it got the job done. I still have some left over so I’ll use it for another small project. It’s super cute and durable highly recommend! Also i don’t believe this is actual cane webbing? I’m sure an experienced DIYer would know that but I’ve never worked with either before but it does say in the listing it is.
