I am not sure if it is PVC-free but the sheets are plastic and the actual black book part is sturdy with a bit of flex to it. I keep all printed-out recipes and lots of little booklets about breadmaking in them so it is pretty sturdy. It is surprising how much it can hold. I have about 3 of them.

Q: It says hard cover but is it a flexible cover or rigid?

The cover is harder than the inside pockets but you could bend it a little if you needed to. It's easy to slot in a piece of A3 paper if you want to make your own cover page.

Q: Are they ok for diamond paintings

I'm sorry I wouldn't know anything about diamond painting I use them to save A5 size poems I've written

The pockets in this book will take A4 size pages. I think there are a variety of sizes available from A5 upwards so you have to select the right size. Just measured the A4 one - it's 30cm x 22cm. Hope that helps 😊
