Astragalus Root is Good!
I love Mary Ruth's products! Th liquids are better for your liver than taking capsules and tablets and are absorbed more readily. I love her products and there is no bitter or unpleasant flavors to deal with. I use once in the afternoon when that "fog" comes after lunch. There are many health benefits., including antioxident. As a new mom, I was still experiencing mommy brain. I was very forgetful and couldn’t stay focused. Since taking Mary Ruth Organic Astragalus Root Liquid Drops, I have been able to focus more and find myself more energetic during the day. I take it first thing in the morning as I found my day more productive when taken first thing. I also like how it also helps with immunity which is a huge plus. Love it, and I have faith it works!
Love this product! It tastes great added to water, morning coffee, or taken directly. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and have noticed that my immune system has been super strong in spite of elevated stress, changing environment and schedule, and other health issues. In addition, the days where I take this supplement in the morning, I experience far more mental clarity throughout the day, as opposed to the days where I forget and don't take it until the evening.
