wonderful plates but they do chip easily
we love these plates but of all the ones we ordered, three or four were damaged in transit. They do chip easily so if you want plates to be able to drop on hard surfaces these are not the ones for you, get plastic ones instead. But we love these because they are solid and if handled carefully, will last a lifetime

Perfect for apple pies
Bought this as a dish to make apple pies, similar to ones my grandmother used to have. The depth is perfect to get a good pastry to apple ration and they seem really well made. Would recommend.

This is NOT a Falcon Plate.
Having said that it appears to be a well made hefty plate and value for money. We'll have to wait to see how it does for wear and tear.

I have been looking for a good pie plate and saw this it is perfect just what I wanted I have used it once so far and all is good I'm now looking forward to making more.

Too shallow
This was marketed as a pie plate but it is far too shallow for a pie. On delivery, the sticker showed Dinner Plate. It is a perfect plate for camping but not as a pie plate
