I have used this for a couple of years on my artificial grass and it gives it a pleasant smell. It is easy to mix and spray on and goes a long way.

It has a nice scent but really all it is doing is masking the smell in the lawn. You need an enzyme cleaner really to get rid of pet urine smells. Worth using as a general disinfectant in conjunction with an enzyme cleaner but on its own it won’t get rid of the Uric acid in the wee. I found the smell was masked for about a day or 2 with this product.

I have sectioned off a portion of our garden as the designated doggy toileting area. As such, it becomes incredibly smelly - especially in this warmer weather and dry spell! The reviews for Pro-Kleen artificial grass cleaner were enough to persuade purchase. I made up around 3L (1 part cleaner to 2 parts water) to cover the area (approx. 5M x 3M) and found that even with quite heavy coverage, to battle months of build-up, 2L was plenty! The freshly cut grass scent is not overwhelming and does an excellent job at neutralising odours.

I have a small area of artificial grass about 4m x 5m and a little dog who uses it as a toilet. It had started to get a little musky and I tried loads of products to freshen it up (bio detergent, disinfectant/zoflora, other brands of artificial grass cleaner on amazon), some things appeared to work for a day or two but then the smell was back. I was really paranoid about it and was worried I may have to convert it back to real grass. Finally gave this product a go, didn’t have high hopes due to all my other failed attempts but I used this over a week ago and still no smell even in the current hot weather. I’m so pleased. Over my 4m x 5m area I used mostly a 50/50 mix but used neat over areas I thought were particularly stinky. Brushed in with a stiff brush and left it for about 20 minutes then gave it a quick rinse with a hose. We did then have about 3 days of heavy rain, so don’t know if that helped or not. For the first couple of days the cut grass scent was fairly strong, I personally was not much of a fan as it’s quite a chemically/artificial smell but is so much better than the alternative. That scent faded and was not replaced by a musky smell so all is good. Will be buying more to use on a regular basis.

does clean however doesn't get rid of smells - just use disinfectant! its a lot cheaper.

I used this product for my 4x5m artificial lawn (very small). I followed the 2 to 1 instructions and used a watering can, spread the solution in some parts more than others (where I thought my dog urinates more) and it worked. I used the whole bottle with two applications in the watering can diluted with double the water then after the 20 minutes, I hosed the lawn down. I thought the solution was a nice, clean and floral smell which was so much better to the pungent smell I was getting, particularly on a windy day. It worked instantly. I'm not sure how often I'll need to use this, I guess it'll be trial and error but would definitely recommend it and will order again when required. Thanks.
