I see from past reviews that they used to.** A: There are no sticky labels, they are great to hold and write with. **Q: Can i get refills for the papermate flexigrip pen? they are good pens but i don't feel happy about having to dispose of the case when the ink runs out** A: I have been using these pens for more than 30 years And I used to buy refills for them. But about 7 years ago I found it increasingly difficult to buy refills. I did however find out that they are still available at larger w h Smith's stores **Q: the pens were not delivered** A: You need to contact the retailer - this isn't the right place to vent complaints.
