Not the best absorbed form, but should have done my homework.

How to dilute this product
I read many reviews of this product and most people said this cannot be diluted, but this is not the case. I tried it a few ways, with Green Tea, Honey, fruit juice, e.t.c. But the following is the best solution for me. 1) Add 1 level teaspoon of Magnesium Carbonate Powder to a small glass. 2) Add 1 level teaspoon of Cider Vinegar into the glass and stir. 3) Leave this mixture for 6 minutes to dissolve. 4) Get an empty mug, pour in the mixture. 5) Half fill the mug with hot water. 6) Top up mug with about an inch of cold water so that it makes it possible to drink the mug in one go. You will find that there are no particles stuck together and quite drinkable with very little flavour. Think of this as an “alka seltzer” type of drink, its going to look a little milky, just drink it down and let it do its job.
