A few months ago I became concerned about my finger nails which had become very weak. They seemed very soft, in fact the ‘pinky’ nails were breaking off part way down and were not growing at all. I was lucky to have tried the Natures Aid calcium tablets and by the time I had finished the pot my nails were significantly stronger! I am very pleased with the results and will continue to take them. They are quite large but I have developed the knack of taking them with a huge mouthful of water. Well worth it!

Easy to swallow despite the size!

I bought the supplement for the Magnesium content, due to eye twitch and sleep problems, but surprisingly I noticed that my knee pain has gone away. I used different supplements for my knee before. Glucosamine and collagen and I can say that although glucosamine did nothing, collagen helped, but as soon as I stopped taking it the pain came back, even when not exercising. Currently I am only taking the Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc supplement and my knee pain has improved. I can't say it went away completely, but it definitely doesn't hurt as much and I almost forgot about it, until I went for a run, but after coming home the pain disappeared quickly, which is a major plus for me. The tablets are quite big, but for adults it should be fine. I will be buying more of it in the future.

One needs 2 a day. Instead of one. Hard to swallow so I've chosen a tablet that is also difficult yo swallow but one needs one a day instead of 2
