We’ve been using these for a while now and this is our second purchase. The tablets are large, but they are effective and give the desired results of better sleep, energy and feeling of wellbeing. A few months ago I became concerned about my finger nails which had become very weak. They seemed very soft, in fact the ‘pinky’ nails were breaking off part way down and were not growing at all. I was lucky to have tried the Natures Aid calcium tablets and by the time I had finished the pot my nails were significantly stronger! I am very pleased with the results and will continue to take them. They are quite large but I have developed the knack of taking them with a huge mouthful of water. Well worth it!

It’s hard to say if these are effective as I take other supplements. The tablets are on the larger side.

I've been taking magnesium supplements for about 6 months now, and have noticed great improvements in sleep and muscle tension, however before I was taking the powder version of this supplement (different brand but similar ingredient(s)/quantities) and hated the after taste/granular texture and overall method of taking it. Having bought these and taking my first daily set after receiving them, the size is fairly comparable to my daily multivitamin (similar to the size of supermarket brand paracetamol capsules), easy to take with water/after a few days of taking them (if you're adverse to the size).
