This Waring milkshake machine is truly a commercial grade machine. I have an ice cream truck and have made hundreds of milkshakes and mixers with various fruits and candy in them. The machine does an outstanding job. I also love that you can set it to mix automatically which allows me to continue filling order. I highly recommend this machine.

To power full for light drinks. 2 second pulse and about one third full at most for thick protein mixes. Any fuller or longer splashes liquid all over the place (Two, 2 second pulses is great). This unit was shipped via USPS and the box was apparently re taped due to excessive box damage. The internal Styrofoam was in pieces and the manual (listed as being there) was missing so I down loaded it from the internet. The 2 pulses as above did better than 20 seconds from one of its competitors ! To clean it is suggested to use special low foaming detergents. A plastic stirring stick that has a very small amount of dish washing soap on it works fine. The Pulse button is supposed to run at the same speed as the settings. However doing a 2 second pulse is to hard for me so I do not use it. Other wise fluid is again is sent all over the place. FOLLOW UP ! As I had concerns I filled out their online form (Twice) and emailed to a listed link but never received an answer. It appears that their tech support is non existent ! So, you might want some form of written warranty before purchasing ! I purchase the extended warranty from Amazon but never received it even after trying (Twice) to find out when it would arrive !

I bought this machine to use in my coffee shop. I tried it at home a few times first. On the 4th attempt the motor blew. I’ve been trying to get Amazon to pay for the return courier but they refuse. They will only refund me once they receive the item and for only $150. Which is less than what I’m having to pay from South Africa. About $200. I didn’t budget for this and it’s not my fault so I find it unacceptable that I’m being charged. I will never buy anything from Amazon again.
