Dead skin is wiped off easily as well. My lips feel very soft and moisturized. **Q: Do you apply and rinse off like most lip exfoliator** A: I don’t I just apply and leave on. Its almost dual purpose for me. Exfoliates and moisturizes. It isn’t a harsh exfoliation if that is what you are looking for.
