It blooms nicely in the water and creates a thick foam if you take your time with the heat. The aroma is rich and familiar, and the flavor is bold without being harsh. It has a deep, slightly smoky profile with a smooth finish, especially when brewed slowly. I usually drink it plain or with just a touch of sugar, and it holds up well both ways. Pros: • Authentic taste and aroma • Very fine grind, ideal for Turkish coffee • Consistent quality from cup to cup • Strong but smooth, not acidic Cons: • Packaging isn’t resealable, so I transfer it to a jar Compared to other Turkish coffees I’ve tried, this one tastes more balanced and traditional.
