Good for Damaged and Brittle Hair

I bought this conditioner after reading several reviews online. After several uses, I have noticed that my hair is smoother and less tangly. I have also received a few comments from friends that my hair looks healthier. I can't comment on if it helps with length right off the bat just because it's a recent purchase, but I will buy this again for sure!
