We have had our monitor for 8 months. It's inconsistently dependable. It won't charge if you just plug it in, you have to wiggle the charging cord around to try to get it to connect until the charging light comes on, and even then sometimes it'll go off after a few seconds or minutes later and you have to mess with it again to get it to charge. It also random shuts off. Shows it's charging but when you try to hit the button to show the screen it blacks out and shuts down or has been shut off for an unknown period of time. I've woken up in the night of the night multiple times, tried to turn on the screen to check on my baby and the monitor has turned itself off. So then I'm in a panic and have to run downstairs to my baby's room to check in him. Who knows how long he's been crying since the monitor shut down at an unknown time during the night. I've tried to contact the company multiple times in the last couple weeks, since there's supposed to be a one year warranty on it, and I have not gotten a response. Do not purchase this product if you care about reliability and therefore the safety of your child

I recently purchased the Hubble Dual Vision AI based video baby monitor, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. The features are truly remarkable. We've used this camera for over a year now, and finally have gotten rid of it. The picture quality is not great. The monitor works most of the time, but the app is very unreliable. It frequently won't connect. Sometimes it's fixed by unplugging the camera and plugging it back in, but recently this doesn't even work. We never used the motion detection so I can't comment on that. We pretty much only used the wide angle camera because the zoomed in one is too far zoomed, especially if your baby moves around at all. 1 really annoying thing is the monitor turns on when you plug it in to charge. Don't know why that would be a feature. Way too expensive for what you get. If this camera was half the price then maybe it would be worth it (if the app worked reliably)

I have updated this review. I initially gave one star because the camera died and I wasn't getting any response from customer service. However, they did finally respond and sent me a new camera that is working great. I do really like the functionality of the dual cams and the ability to check in on my daughter through the app. The technology seems good when it is working. And because, after posting the negative review, the company reached out to make it right, I have updated to four stars. The only reason I am not going five stars now is because I feel like if I hadn't posted that initial negative review, I might not have gotten the reach out. But I might be wrong about that.

I purchased this monitor in February 2023, and started using it later in the month. It worked great for about 2 months, but for the last couple of weeks it has been nothing but issues. Either the monitor screen blacks out and only the audio will work, or it is a very grainy picture with inverted colors and a thick black line that cuts the right side of the picture. The sleep sack in the photo attached is actually light blue in color, but appears on the monitor as being yellow/green. The color inversion also makes my baby’s skin look blue, which was very scary when the monitor problems first started and I thought his face had turned blue. I have reached out to Amazon and they tried assisting me with troubleshooting tips, but since the return window had expired they directed me to Hubble’s Customer Service. I have sent Hubble multiple emails and have been assigned a “case number” and was told I should receive a reply within 2 business days, but it has been over a week with no response.

I’ve tried a few monitors over the years and this one is by far my favorite. The screen is super clean, even at night, and the connection is strong both on the app and using the handheld monitor. We have loved using the sleep tracker and find the app to actually be super easy to use and helpful. The camera itself is high quality and seems super durable. I’m super happy with this and love all of the features that come with, including the app. I’ll probably end up recommending this to all of my friends.
