Haven't had more than a minor sniffle since taking these (for a couple of years now). Very happy with this product from Lindens. The tablets are not the smallest, however I've not had any issues swallowing them. Critically, the best before dates have always been excellent, with 20months+ on average, unlike some other brands I've used in the past, where the date has been too short to complete the quantity provided before 'best before' has expired!

High quality supplement at a very good price. Vitamin C does not last long in the body homo sapiens cannot store the vitamin requiring you to use a time release tablet or take 4 times a day Don't believe me then look it up you scurvy dogs.
