Informative helpful beginners guide
Well written book that explains using photographs and diagrams and takes the beginner from the basics to being able to play some tunes. CD helps with timing. I would recommend it.Am also impressed with the seller. The product arrived earlier than stated and was well packaged. I am very satisfied and would recommend this seller.

Goes along at a good pace and explains everything from assembly to playing - my teacher also said this was a very good book. Worth the money.

Good for a beginner
I bought this as I've just recently decided to start playing the clarinet again after 20years break.I got through the book and cd in less than 45minutes. Great learning with demo and backing track and a good resource for teaching oneself.

Very good
This tutorial is clear and doesn't intimidate you like some books I have come across. It gently walks you through the learning process. Parts of the instrument, how to put together, how to hold, stand and breathe. Understanding music, timing and clear diagrams of fingering. Would highly recommend for any beginner.

Great easy to understand guide
This book has really helped me grasp the basics of clarinet without having to pay for a tutor, granted i do have musical knowledge and experience, but this book breaks everything down into easy to understand chunks with diagrams to support. The cd helps to support the player in their learning and is invaluable to the budding clarinetist

Fantastic book for beginners, I had never played the clarinet before although I had wanted to since I was 10, I can follow the instructions which are clearly written and the accompanying CD is brilliant. I can play!!!
