It's oil, it assists in cheese toastie making, yum.
I bought this for the toastie maker, then ChatGPT tells me it'll make things stick to it, but it doesn't, I outsmarted ChatGPT yet again! Anyway, I can't be bothered writing more because now I thought of it, I want a cheese toastie and coffee, so bye bye.

pointless
Well, it's supposed to be a spray. The weak little puffs of oily mixture that came out weren't coating the bottom of a pan. So I had to take the lid off and pour the stuff in. You may as well buy a good quality olive oil. This concoction isn't fit for purpose.

Perfect for air fryers
Bought for our air fryer and it works great! Good value for money, and the quality of the oil is good. Tastes good and lasts a long time.

You get what you pay for
I thought this was a pure oil spray (so was amazed by what I thought was good value) - but this product contains ingredients that I try to avoid, such as Rapeseed Oil, Emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), Preservative (citric acid), and thickener (xanthan gum). I have used it a few times because I am trying to reduce my calorie intake, however it has ruined the non stick coating on my favourite pan and I regret buying it now.
