Energizer 1 Hour Charger for AA + AAA Batteries

This modern intelligent charger is really nice and allows any number of batteries (1 to 4) to be charged unlike most other chargers that require pairs or quads to be done simultaneously. It also has an auto cut-out when the batteries are charged so they do not get fried, quite essential with a fast charger like this that takes less than an hour to charge a battery. I would suggest you use Sanyo eneloop AA or AAA batties with this charger as that is the way rechargeable batteries are going. The older style of battery supplied with the charger will go flat relatively quickly after charging so they are best charged just before use, however the new Sanyo eneloop retain 75% of their charge after a year and can be recharged 1500 times so a major improvement over the old rechargeable batteries. If you need size C or D batteries, you can get adapter cases that convert size AA batteries to these larger sizes as eneloop are not supplied in the larger (ancient!) sizes.

NO need to ever buy more batteries and no more tears on Christmas day!I loved this product so much i'm going to buy another for the other size of batteries. This particular one does AA and AAA batteries. It is easy to use, charges very quickly and charged batteries lasted long time in quick drain items such as wii control and digital camera. I would definately recommend you buy extra battery packs so you always have charged up replacements available.Overall very pleased and is worth initial outlay! Buy it, you won't regret it :-)

This charger comes with some thing similar to a mobile phone charger, so it is less bulky at the socket than other chargers. Often other chargers block the other socket or make it awkward. It tells you if one of your batteries is on the way out, by flashing the correct LED. It only does AA and AAAs. So far it has charged everything as expected, all very quickly.

Compared to my old tank of a battery charger, this is so much better, being light, compact, good looking, and fast! And that battery shaped LED charging display is very effective, giving you a good heads up on where you are in the charging process, and telling you if one of the batteries is duff/past it. And the price is great, coming as it does with four new AA rechargeables. The only drawback is that it's made in China, which throws some doubt on its potential longevity.

A very good and fast charger, the one I got didn't have a car adaptor, but I had a spare car adaptor from something else that fitted, so now I can use it in the car as well as the charger itself takes 12V.Each battery has it's own charging indicator and cutoff, which is exactly what I wanted. Solid green light = charging, flashing green means there is a problem, try re-positioning the battery, failing that, bin it, no light = charge completed. And like I said, this is for each battery.

My compact camera was using up alkaline batteries very quickly so I decided to invest in this piece of equipment. I am very pleased with it. I can now charge between one and four batteries within an hour. Both the batteries and charger become warm during charging which is not a problem. I was considering purchasing a charger that would recharge the batteries within 15 minutes but decided that this one was more than adequate for my needs.

In the last few years I've purchased cheap 'fast battery chargers' from a known company and the chargers either blew up or stopped working after a few months. My brother recommended this energiser charger as he swore by his. I got mine for £20 on Amazon and I have to say it is great. It does exactly as it says on the tin. I use 2900mAh batteries and it charges them in no time. I only wish I had purchased this sooner and not wasted my money elsewhere.

Excellent product, comes with 4 batteries. Charges in under an hour. Highly recommend!!! The charger will get a bit warm when charging but this is how it is supposed to work, you can't charge batteries in under an hour by shooting electricity in to them without them getting a little warm.
