IRWIN Tools IW1826578 Quick-Grip Replacement Pads for One-Handed Mini Clamps, 4-Pack (1826578), Yellow

This is an exact replacement for those Quick-Grip pads which get lost and damaged so easily. I have tried to get them directly from Irwin in the past but the company was completely disinterested and unhelpful. They need a lesson in customer relations. It's great that these pads can be obtained via Amazon so it's top marks for Amazon. It seems that the Irwin brand is just a label on these clamps which are also produced under other names such as Craftsman (Sears) and possibly Tru-Grip as the replacement pads fit these makes too.

Does what it is intended for. Delivery prompt and not expensive replacement pads. Will definately buy again when needed

I bought these to replace a pad that was lost on a recent job, having searched for a while to find the right size this listing appeared to be the correct ones for the light duty (63kg/140lbs) clamps. The image shown on the listing shows the pads in yellow which is different to the original black ones fitted to my clamps which I wasn't too bothered about as long as they fit properly, however when they arrived they were the black ones exactly like the originals. Not sure if Amazon haven't updated the listing to reflect the new colour but they appear to be sending out the new black ones if that's important to you. Hopefully this helps someone as I bought these not knowing what I'd be getting.

I needed replacement pads. These fit the smaller quick-grip clamps.

Lost one of my pads and damaged another, leaving me padless on one of my clamps. These replacements fit snugly and returned the clamp to almost new condition. A little more expensive than I think they should be, but you always pay more for OEM.

I have some small clamps that I use for holding some work pieces together while I tack weld them in place. Of coarse then they melt a little at a time. I remove them quickly enough but over time, they suffer. The clamps are light and I can toss them down so finding replacement pads are a bonus. These pads are the same thickness and quality as the clamps originally came with. I like having a few extra around and only have to replace the spares every few months. This was an easy replacement for the pads that had gotten lost sometime in the past. Fit perfectly. The only problem is that the pads are so much cleaner looking than the well used clamp. Guess I just need to use them more.
