Exactly as described and good saline solution. A big bottle of saline at a reasonable price. Screw down the blue cap all the way to break the seal and open it.

Good solution, however the bottle leaked when I was travelling and leaked over all my stuff but atleast it was saline water!

Very good strong plastic bottle only problem is you have to puncher the top the lid is strange so the bottle has to stand up

This was great value for money, the size of the bottle is ideal for irrigation and is easy to seal. Very easy to use, perfect for irrigating wounds.

It's the second time I buy it, it's my lifesaver when my baby has nasal congestion, it's very easy to open, at first it was hard for me to understand the mechanism, but it's actually practical, I leave you a video so you know how to do it!
