Vitamin content ,effective,value for money

I’ve been taking these for a while now and really notice a difference in my energy levels and nail health. It seems a good balance of vitamins with the added omega 3 capsule. I don’t have any problem taking them and easy swallowed with a glass of water. I don’t want to jinx myself but I’m also a lot healthier since taking these and not picking up every bug that’s doing the rounds!

I am a chap in my mid sixties who has been taking cod liver oil tablets for about thirty years, mainly supermarket own brand ones of 1000mg. About ten years ago I begun to suffer from trigger finger, stiff joints, bad knees, and many other age related problems. Trigger finger was especially bad, I had to have steroid injections in nearly all of my knuckles, but this helped for only short periods. Three months ago, I read that not all cod liver oil tablets are the same, and it is ones with high quantities of Eicosapentaenoic acid and Docosahexaenoic acid in them, that are very beneficial to our health. I decided to try these Seven seas tablets, as they come with vitamin tablets specifically targeted at men over fifty. After a month of taking them, it suddenly occurred to me that my trigger finger had gone. This had plagued me for over ten years, each morning my hands would be curled into fists which I would forcibly have to open, with much pain involved. This has gone, and my hands are better and more flexible than they have been for twenty years. In addition, joint pain has also eased considerably, with my knees no longer causing me grief. These tablets are not cheap, but I would not be without them now, they have really transformed my life.

It’s hard to assess multivitamins as their benefits alongside a healthy diet are difficult to measure. They certainly seem like a good tablet as well as the fish oil tablet. However…what on earth are they colouring these tablets with? Urine looks like sunny delight. It’s almost fluorescent. For that reason alone I will never buy again.
