It's pretty thick but taste is good. Yet to experience protein content.

As a beginner, it feels good
It's 500gm pack. Tastes good. Using double rich chocolate flavour. No lumps in shaking. It get dissolved in 1 minute shake. Mostly combined with skimmed milk, tastes like chocolate milk shake. With water little lower taste than with milk. Anyway gives stamina, more energy feel for walk and gym workout, can skip evening snack or 1 time meal replacement with this shake, get proper advice from veteran/experts. Should not consume 1 gulp all of a sudden but over a period of 15- 30 mins sip by sip is good otherwise you may get light stomach pain or digestive problems. Need to test for prolonged result. I recommend for beginners.
