It is incredibly difficult to open the plastic covering as there is no perforation, but on opening I found a “bung” on the inside neck of the bottle to prevent any spill, on removing that I could smell a faint smell of old school plasticine I used to play with a child 40years ago. I’ve tried it once in a very basic mix and it mixed well with my other ingredients and I’ve also added a small amount of it to an existing conditioner I have that’s not very conditioning. It’s pretty viscous so pours slowly. There is no smell, so it accepted my essential oil additions nicely. I've made my own conditioner, and it seems quite good. I can't feel or see any irritation to my skin, and it works well. My hair feels soft and clean.
