Quality is not acceptable
This mug is ordered for my friend’s birthday. Received it in a day. However, found scratches on the blue train and defects inside the mug. Cannot be used as a gift. If I refund it, I need to pay the postage £3.99. It just not worth it.

I have bought 2 of these first one seems ok but second one has chipping /discolouration inside rim to inside within 4 wks of use not able to return so disappointing as was a xmas gift fir hubby

Looks really nice. Graphics are clean, sharp and colourful. Paint work is smooth and nicely finished. Metal mug looks well made but it is light weight. Excellent gift for anyone who likes trains or nostalgia.
