Tru height, growth, protein shake
Since I had ordered the tru height, growth gummies and very much enjoyed the product. I decided to try the tru height, growth, protein shake. I ordered the vanilla powdered flavor. And you put two scoops in a 12 ounce glass of water or milk and it taste delicious and yet healthy. And the powder itself dissolves instantly. One of the many healthy ingredients includes vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, and many other healthy ingredients. I do recommend this product.

Great Protein!!
The taste is really smooth—not overly sweet or chalky like most others—and it mixes super easily with no clumps. A great value and a solid protein amount with great ingredients.

A Treat To Drink
Sweet, easy to drink and mix with other ingredients. Makes it enjoyable to drink and easy to convince others to drink while giving a lot of protein. Smells good and lovely too!

Easy to make and it’s tasty.
This was my first try of protein shake for the kid and it looks like it his favorite for now. Great protein boost before training. It’s pricey but it lasts and my kid actually loves it. Kid is happy, I’m happy too.

Overrated. My picky eater hated it!!!
My son said this tasted like gross water. I followed the directions on the container. He is a picky eater. Smelled horrible. He took two sips and spit it out immediately. I made another with less water and still he spit it out said it was so disgusting.

Good but questionable for gut health
Delicious. Wish it didn’t have maltodextrin which has shown to alter and disrupt good gut bacteria. Not something I want for my young kids.
