I am disabled, so I need a trolley to get me out and about and for shopping. The normal back wheels on my trolley were not up to the task, the front wheels were find, as they are double wheel turning castors. THe back wheels kept loosing their tyres and walking off the axle. This wheel with a little clever thinking and the use of the sleeve off the standard wheel, fits my trolley fine, its been months now and I have had no trouble. I think they may last for 10 years or more, great design and really do take a lot of weight. Great wheel 5 stars from me!. I have purchased 2 more of these wheels for my 6 wheel trolley, they a slightly different from the first two I bought. The first two have been on 2 years, and are still going strong, very hard wearing and strong, they accomplished the service and performance I was after. This is why I purchased 2 more, while they are still available, so I have some to hand, when the others fail. Going by the first two's performance up to now, they could last for another 3 years, at least.

I bought these to replace the hard plastic wheels of my Weber 57cm BBQ which bounced around on the pointing of my patio stones when pulled along. These wheels fit perfectly and being rubber means my BBQ now travels much smoother over my patio. They are a straight swap, just pry the hub caps off the axel with a couple of flat screwdrivers, swap the wheels over, then hammer the caps back on. Bear in mind these wheels are sold singularly, so you will need to order 2 x wheels. At £10 per wheel they aren't cheap, but they solved my problem

Bought to replace the wheels on the grandkids pull along wagon they sit in because despite the not inconsiderable price the American made wagon cost me the wheels are nasty hard plastic ones that make a hell of a racket when on the pavement. So here are resilient rubber ones that are the same size on the OD but a bit bigger on the ID. I knew that so bought some plastic bar and remade the centre hole so if you are going to use them on a kids wagon then beware they are not an exact match. Anyway, suitably modified to fit the steel axles on the grandkids cart I can now pull them along from pre-school without deafening myself. The rubber is just soft enough to take the noise away and add a bit of 'give' but hard enough to last. Overall a good option if you are a bit of a handyman or woman and are making a garden truck etc.

I bought these wheels to replace sturdy plastic ones currently on the cart, I couldn’t get 8” pneumatic they only had them in 10” they’ll do for now but looks like it’s a new cart going forward!

I bought 2 of these for my Barbecue worked a treet. They look strong enough for a heavier item such as a lawn mower. The info on line does not make it clear they are sold singly so I ended up placing 2 orders where with clearer info the retailer could have saved extra postage costs.

Wheels look like great quality. Havnt installed them yet but will real soon. Thanks to everyone that answered my question on the actual size of the tire.

Fits my personal shopping cart very nice. Unable to use the cart’s original hubcaps due to the width of the wheel inset (where the axle rod is inserted)... no biggie. “Bobby pins” still fit and the wheels look awesome and sturdy. Damn good buy!

My old Rubbermaid 39 gallon wheeled trash can is really handy for keeping in the garage. I use a plastic liner and throw trash in it as necessary. When full or before trash collection day I transfer the bags to the huge wheeled trash cans provided by Republic Services. Those do not fit well in the garage. After years of use the wheels on my trash can broke and I ordered the Shepherd Hardware Replacement Tire/Wheels. They are excellent and make a very suitable replacement for the original wheels. Highly recommended.
