L'an dernier, je n'ai pas cessé de tomber malade. J'avais pourtant fait une cure de vitamines D et je surveillais mon alimentation... Cette année, j'ai pris 3 gélules par jour et j'ai senti que les microbes étaient là mais j'ai à peine eu les ganglions gonflés. En plus, c'est riche en omega 3, ce qui est un anti inflammatoire naturelle et ça réduit un peu mes douleurs chroniques. Je recommande, les remède de grand-mère, c'est plus naturel et mieux que d'avaler des médicaments chimiques...
