I previously owned an ASUS USB-C portable monitor, which worked well until it eventually gave out after a few years. This time around, I was looking for something with better specs, higher resolution, and sturdier build quality. This monitor has been a great upgrade. I use it daily for software development and have been really happy with its sharp resolution and bright, vibrant display. I've been using it consistently since December 2024 and take it with me everywhere, as I work remotely full-time. It's lightweight enough that I hardly notice the difference compared to my old ASUS monitor. Unfortunately, around June 2025, the toggle control wheel stopped working, which meant I could no longer access or change any settings. I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. After sending them a quick video showing the issue, they confirmed it was still under warranty and offered to send a replacement as soon as they received the broken unit. I ended up being out of town for the summer and forgot to send it back. When I returned, I contacted support again to explain the situation, and they offered to send me the replacement—and I received it within two days. Really thoughtful and greatly appreciated that they looked out for their customer. Overall, this has been a solid investment—not just for the hardware, but also for the customer support experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality portable monitor.

I recently bought the UPERFECT 14" Touchscreen OLED Portable Monitor and I’m honestly really happy with it. The picture quality is what impressed me the most. The colors look amazing and really pop without looking overdone. Because it’s OLED, the blacks are actually black, not that dark gray you usually see on other screens. It makes a big difference when watching videos or even just using apps in dark mode. Everything looks crisp and high contrast. It’s also super thin and lightweight. I can slide it into my bag without even thinking about it, and it doesn’t add much weight at all. For a 14 inch touchscreen OLED monitor, it feels surprisingly easy to carry around. Overall, it feels premium, looks great, and is perfect if you want a portable second screen with really beautiful display quality.

I’ve enjoyed this product a lot. It has a nice and smooth refresh rate which is great for gaming or just general use — everything looks smoother and feels more responsive. I also appreciate the 16:10 aspect ratio (this has a 2560x1600 resolution as opposed to 2560x1440 which is 16:9, that little extra bit of room vertically feels significant when being productive). Colors or good. Not mind-blowing, but quite acceptable at this price range. This will work best for laptop use with an external USB-C power source, or if you charge your laptop with a beefy USB-C power source while using. If you don’t use an external power source, the monitor will draw power from your laptop to run. If you’re just charging your laptop, then connecting to the monitor without its own dedicated power source, the wattage of your charger needs to be overall high enough to power your laptop, and your laptop needs to be able to supply enough power over USB-C. Your laptop still might drain on the charger while using this if it’s a lower-power one I’m pretty sure. I use a 16” MacBook Pro with a 140W charger though, so I can’t speak to how a Dell XPS with a ~45W charger would fare, for example. Maybe it would be okay? Just keep this in mind! As far as a next iteration on this product, I’d like to see a more sturdy and versatile cover/stand, but the current one still definitely does the job. Product is easy to use, just plug it in with your desired video cable connector (HDMI->mini HDMI or USB-C) and keep power draw in mind for the monitor. I did run into issues with the product working about 9 or 10 months into owning it, but I reached out to support and they were prompt to respond and quickly got my issue resolved. With all this said, I feel confident in my purchase particularly given my support experience, and would ultimately recommend this if you’re wanting an external portable display but are on the pickier side for display quality/features (2K resolution, high refresh rate).

Bought this monitor exactly a year ago (Jan 24, 2025) and it's fared pretty well in terms of brightness and DisplayPort functionality (over USB-C). It's easy Plug n' Play. It's fairly portable, aside from technically needing two cables if you want max brightness (one cable for USB/DP/HDMI, and another USB-C into a wall outlet. Unfortunately, it isn't very color accurate in my opinion. I do digital art (pixel art) as a hobby, and I enjoy watching movies and regular youtube videos like most people. The color on this display just doesn't cut it compared to my laptop's native display. The wierd button/dial combo on the side has become a pain to use, because the button now feels broken, and the dial/lever is very unresponsive. Trying to turn up the brightness is difficult, because the dial/lever somehow interprets upward movement as being downward movement most of the time. This display works properly with my PS5, my windows laptop, and technically also my phone (you just need an external power source like I mentioned earlier.

I’ve been really happy with my Uperfect portable monitor overall. The display looks great with bright colors and good sharpness, and it’s super convenient for adding a second screen to a laptop when traveling or working remotely. I also really like the USB-C connectivity since it makes setup simple with just one cable, and the thin, lightweight design makes it easy to throw in a bag. At one point my original unit stopped working unexpectedly, but Uperfect’s customer support was excellent. They responded quickly and are sending a new one out without much hassle. Thumbs up!

Works very nicely with my acer predator helios 16 laptop with thunderbolt 4 port. I did have issue with the thunderbolt 3 cable that came with the product but uperfect help me get a new cable that went well with my setup. The screen is a perfect match to be used as extended monitor for me as it has same native resolution as my laptop. Tested HDR content and that works as a charm as well. A little pricey but someone who needs portability this is definitely a good choice.

Does what it says on the tin. The screen is sharp and vibrant and feels smooth. It's easy to set up. It works well with both my Macbook and Playstation 4. The cables I needed for this were all included. It’s lightweight and portable. If you use it at home a lot I'd recommend buying a (VESA) stand, but on the go the smart case works as an OK stand. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

I finally found the holy grail. A monitor with clear text for all day work is priority for me. Resolution on this is exceptional. It's the best external monitor I've used for productivity -- and I've used tried other brands. Sure, you could pay less, but not for 4K. Lower resolution of cheaper monitors are fuzzy and cause eye strain. Picture quality on this one is the best. Also, UPerfect's product support is very responsive and answer any questions about how to dial this in for your own needs.

For an unknown brand I was not really expecting much but I was really surprised by the quality of the panel. WOW! No perceptible backlight bleed, accurate colors (100% sRGB tested with a SpyderX Pro), nice resolution and sharp image, thin bezels, VESA mount, 120hz, bright, comes with all accessories, really love the protective cover. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that the brightness kept resetting to 30% every time you turn off the screen. But when I contacted the manufacturer, they pointed out that it was due to the fact that I was running it through just 1 USB C cable and not using the power adapter that is included in the box. And when I did, it worked flawlessly. Another little suggestion would be the navigation button but I also understand that with a device so thin it might be a challenge to find a better system, maybe… Also, the box looked super generic and unbranded. Even on the device itself, nowhere does it indicate the model number or any branding. Oh and the speakers are absolutely terrible. I used them by accident because I really don’t need them so it is not a deal breaker for me but some people might rely on them. Aside from that the product is amazing, like I said. If you had a doubt, just get it, it is totally worth it.
