This brace was exactly what I needed. I had a college graduation to attend at a large university (read "lots of walking, stairs to climb, and standing around on concrete") not long after tweaking my already bad knee to the point that I'd been limping for over a week. I needed something that would a) keep pressure on my knee cap to keep it from feeling like it was going to swim out of place if I bent my knee, b) provide some structural support for all my muscles and such around the knee, and c) would fit unobtrusively under a pair of pants. It did the trick. I wore it a couple or 3 more times after that while my "tweaked" knee returned to its normal level "bad knee" status, and I'm glad I have it should I need it again before getting my knee replaced. The only thing that might be problematic in the long run is wearing it and sweating it in multiple times might require it be washed. Regardless, it helped with stability, and it stayed in place without slipping down my leg.

These are well made and the price was excellent. Maybe for people with slimmer legs they are fine but I have very heavy set legs and even though I ordered the proper size they still rolled down at the top. I will just wear them at night when I sleep to see if they help with knee pain but will not be able to wear them during the day . The support at night was good so I am happy about that.

I got the 3x, and while I matched the recommended size measurements on their page, the top part around my thigh is way too tight and does not stay put. The compression has still been good around my knee, and it's helped bring comfort there, at the cost of my thigh being terribly constricted. I've been wearing it to bed at night and remove it once I can no longer tolerate the eventual pain. However, the lower part stays put. So perhaps it's just how my thigh is shaped and is incompatible with this...idk. But I'm going to return this and find another product.

I bought these after dislocating my knee in a fall. I've only been wearing the one, but it's nice to have two to rotate in and out. I measured just as the guide stated and the size I ordered according to it fits perfect (I am a plus sized woman). They provided stability to the joint and some light compression that helped some of the latent bruising and swelling to disapate at the side and back of my knee. Solid, breathable fabric that doesn't make me sweat. They stay in place surprisingly well with only the little bit of silicone grip. Maybe a half inch of slide down here or there, but easy to fix since Im living in bike shorts at the moment. Three weeks post injury and been using these for almost two of them and I'm about 85-90% back to where I was pre-injury. Overall, I am very pleased and highly recommend.

Item would be good if the top elastic band was wider and didn't cut the circulation off to the thigh.

The brace fits well. The top band has silicone around to keep it from sliding and rolling. It has great compression.

If your a plus size person and order them X-Large they still have trouble fitting as your legs n knees swell. It’s strong. It’s made for support and stability but I can’t slide it up far enough over my swollen knees to have it work or offer pain relief.
