Will this make dull white caravan paint shiny again?

It certainly does with mine. Removes the brown moss and dark streaks. Always looks shiny when I am done.

I have just purchased a caravan thats been sat in a garden for somr time so is very dirty on the outside. Is this good enough to clean this much ?

From my experience it cleaned the roof of caravan which had green algae on it having stood under tree for some time. Needed to leave on for a short while then cleaned with soft brush and microfibre cloth. Looked pretty good but the caravan was in good condition beneath dirt.

Would this be suitable for cleaning a black rubber roof?

I have no idea sorry. It's bleach based and quite strong so might leave you with a milky finish? I cleaned my horse trailer with it.It's brilliant fir that!

I wish to clean static caravan but don't have hosepipe or outdoor tap - is it important to rinse off?
