Easy to get replacement on ebay for that. Otherwise using a regular household heating pad instead of a fancy phone heating pad worked fine. It even came with tiny thin glue strips and rubberbands to use as clamps. Went very well aside from the speaker screen which I could not quite get to stay in place and cracked the top of the screen there. If I do it again I'll probably just leave it off.
