I have just ordered my second bottle containing a great mix of vitamins and other beneficial additives. While I am fortunate that my sense of smell is poor, the odour doesn't bother me. I have developed heart disease and wanted to improve my breathlessness. I did notice a difference after a couple of days, but also have prescribed medication. No issues with the combination. Getting a good level of necessary vitamins and other ingredients ensures that my isn't lacking. My experience is very positive. The strong odour is probably the seaweed. Sometimes things that are a little unpleasant are good for you.

These taste and smell horrendous. Considering you don’t actually eat these and just swallow them but they make you want to vomit as soon as you put them in your mouth is an achievement. God knows how the company signed these off.

These were great but unfortunately contain wheat, so they are not gluten free. I have had to stop using them. They are great value for money though and breaking them in half makes them way easier to swallow.

Solid multi vit that will cover your bases. You just need to take an iron supplement as well as this.

Ich mag die Kapseln sehr

Grundsätzlich sehr gut. Es handelt sich hierbei um Tabletten mit einer sehr hohen Vitaminkonzentration. Zur dauerhaften Einnahme sind sie, denke ich, nicht geeignet. Aber in Schwächephasen und Phasen in denen man sich müde und angeschlagen fühlt, helfen die Alpha Men Tabletten dabei, das Immunsystem zu unterstützen. Die angegebene Verzehrempfehlung ist meines Erachtens viel zu hoch. Eine Tablette am Tag ist absolut ausreichend, Von der Wirkung kann man zunächst mal sagen, dass eine Wirkung spürbar ist. Bereits am ersten Tag wandelt sich die Farbe des Urins zu neongelb. Nach ein paar Tagen Einnahme fühlt man sich definitiv wacher. Auch habe ich die Tabletten genommen, als ich das Gefühl hatte krank zu werden. Nach ein paar Tagen gingen die Halsschmerzen weg und ich bekam kein Fieber. Ob das Zufall war oder wirklich an den Alpha Men Tabletten lag, kann ich jedoch nicht sagen. Was ist außerdem noch festgestellt habe, ist, dass die Haut nach ein paar Tagen der Einnahme reiner wird. Was ich wirklich super finde, sind die pflanzlichen Stoffe, die den Tabletten beigegeben sind: Ginseng, Ginko etc. Zu beanstanden habe ich lediglich, die meiner Meinung nach übertriebene Dosierung der Vitamine und die große Tablettengröße. Nach mehreren Anläufen schafft man es zwar die Tablette sprichwörtlich runterzuwürgen, angenehm ist die Einnahme aber absolut nicht. + spürbare Wirkung + zusätzlich pflanzliche Inhaltsstoffe - übertriebene Dosierung - Tablettengröße

Ich nehme diese Tabletten seit über einem Jahr. Früher wurde ich immer sehr schnell krank und war der erste, der sich bei Wintereinbruch eine fette Erkältung geholt hat. Seitdem ich die Vitamintabletten nehme, wurde ich einfach nicht mehr krank. Maximal hatte ich für ein paar Stunden an einem Tag etwas Halsschmerzen oder leichtes Unwohlsein, aber keine Krankheit hat sich jemals wieder entfalten können. Der einzige Nachteil: Die Dinger stinken und schmecken echt nicht gut. Aber das nehme ich sehr gerne in Kauf für den mittlerweile zweiten Winter ohne Grippe/Erkältung! Ach ja, nach Einnahme pinkelt man eine etwas andere Farbe (in Richtung gelb bis neon-gelb), war bei mir aber nur der Toilettengang nach der Tablette, danach nicht mehr.
