Solid multi vit that will cover your bases. You just need to take an iron supplement as well as this.

Why does it have to contain wheat?
These were great but unfortunately contain wheat, so they are not gluten free. I have had to stop using them. They are great value for money though and breaking them in half makes them way easier to swallow.

Dangerously high levels of Iodine
This multi vitamin lists iodine as one of the ingredients and with 1740ug. This is 1160% of the recommended amount. 1,100ug is considered the maximum safe daily limit according to the National Institute of Health. Also the multi vitamin has a terrible after taste too.
