Works well and increases coverage as described, highly recommended with nighthawk router in rural areas.

Moved into an apartment based on a site survey that delivered 5G internally. From 1st May signal on phone and 5G router dropped to 4G. Bought this antenna for a Netgear MR6450 it was delivered in 3 days. Connected it and now 5G is available again. Internet speed went from 4G 121MBs download to 5G 450MBs.

This is a great addition to the 5G wifi device, really good signal pick up - but the cable is too short - it would be better if it was 5’ at least

It does improve the 5g signal but it is minimal. There's two stand alone antennas called fc22 which are also 5g antenna. They are slightly better than this and cheaper. I'd strongly recommend them as they improved my signal and quality noticeably better than this netgear antenna 📡. The good thing is the cables on the fc22 are longer and they can be placed outside as well. Living in Dubai they can survive the extreme Dubai heat. Masalaama salaam
