I'd suggest you have about 10 feet of width and 11 feet of depth to use all the features of the equipment. Something to think about is whether or not you are going to use a olymic free weight barbell for some exercises. Mine is 86" wide (vs the machines 79") and you will still need some space on each side to put on/off weights. You can get away with about 86" height if you don't store the barbell in holder for it. The depth of the actual machine isn't very much, but you need to be able to move the bench forward or back depending on the exercise you are doing (which is why I suggest having about 11 feet of depth). You can get away with less by removing the leg developer/curl device from the bench. If you give me the dimensions of the space you are working with I can let you know what you can or can't do with it. **Q: Are the weights included and if so what ones?** A: This machine does not comes with weights. And you do not have to buy expensive Olympic weights. The storage bars and workout bar has a sleeves that can be removed so you can use standard weights. I've had this machine for a years and all I own are standard weight plates. **Q: Does this machine come with olympic bar?, What are the dimensions of the box shipping?** A: The machine comes with a bar that slides inside a metal sleeve. The metal sleeve has the hand grip ridges and the hooks that rotate into the frame. There are thick plastic covers that go on both ends after the bar is installed to accommodate the opening of Olympic plates. The bar weighs approximately 15 - 20 lbs. As for the the dimensions of the box it's shipped in, it comes in several boxes. I don't recall how many, I think at least 3-4. They are heavy. I believe one was over 150 lbs. Some of the boxes are long, so carrying the entire box alone would not be a wise idea, especially if you're going up steps. Mine came on a pallet and the delivery driver wheeled it into my garage. From there, I brought it upstairs piece by piece. I believe it took me about an hour, and that was carrying each piece up 2 flights of stairs and included clean up of packaging materials. The instructs recommends two people assemble it but I did it alone. Some of the larger pieces required some inginuity to stabilize them as I put in the bolts. It took me about two days to assemble, but I wasn't busting my hump doing it. **Q: does the smith bar move evenly like a commercial machine or does it wobble a bit?** A: It wobbles from side to side a bit... That doesn't stop it from rolling smoothly but it does make it hard to rack because there are not many holes to hook the smith bar onto and if he bar is leaning it may make it difficult to latch the bar safely. But if you use the safety stops then they will protect you if you can't hook the bar on and save you from harm.
