Makes great pork belly/ribs! - I've been using Yoshida's Gourmet sauce for over 15 years. I used to buy it at Costco but I quit years ago and would occasionally get friends to buy a bottle for us. I was really glad to see it for sale on desertcart. It's a sweet sauce with elements of teriyaki, light and dark soy sauce but much more intense in flavour. We usually use it with skinless pork belly or thick pork ribs. Put a good amount of pot into a pot, douse it liberally with Yoshida sauce and a bit of water. Black pepper. Let it cook and reduce the sauce till you get a thick gooey consistency. At this stage be careful to not let the sauce burn. You'll have the loveliest and tastiest pork belly/ribs you can imagine. Also great for chicken(add garlic!). Anyway, I'm getting hungry writing this review. Enjoy! Ingredient list: soya sauce, wheat, salt, sugar, fructose, sake (rice extract and salt), garlic, spices.
