I was very surprised by this product. Its very good for the price. When I was looking into the company, I noticed that they're based out of New York, so I was not expecting this to be authentic at all, but it's just as good as other brands I have used. I'm assuming that this was imported. I've used this in multiple dishes so far and it has a very good flavor. I have noticed, in other reviews that people have said the cap does not seal properly. I have not had that issue personally.

I love Chinese food and had trouble finding this wine locally. After searching several stores, I got tired of looking for it, so I ordered this. It was well reviewed, and it is good. The only thing I don't like is its plastic bottle. I try to avoid plastic whenever I can, so I hope the alcohol content does not encourage plastic leaching. It does add flavor to my dish. Shipping was prompt.

Great item

I've never bought this stuff before so I wanted to try it. It comes in a plastic bottle that looks like glass. It is a very clear amber liquid, no bits floating inside, which I was worried about because some of the reviews of shaoxing wine on Amazon say that they found some in theirs with other brands. When you smell the bottle you can smell the alcohol clearly. So I did a test and I boiled off the alcohol to see what it tasted like and I was also worried about it being too salty because other wines on Amazon said things about that but this one is just a little bit salty and it definitely has a taste to it, almost like a meat broth. Not exactly sure what kind of meat maybe beef with some pork mixed into it and some salt added to it. It's definitely a quality product. I'm not sure how to use this but I could definitely see a use with this in soup or stir fry. You could probably add this to ramen broth to make it a little bit more meaty tasting. Also the cap is kinda weird, it's a friction fit but it's not very tight so I could easily see the liquid spill out if you drop the bottle on its side. I'm not sure how to store this after you open it so I'm just going to leave it in the fridge just to be safe

Where have I been and what have I been eating prior to this wine?!🤦🏾‍♂️ It is absolutely flavorful and enhanced my last few dishes!😋 Will gift some bottles to family for them to enjoy as well.💯🥰

Perfect addition to our spices! Made my kung pao chicken and mongllian beef step up to a tastier level. Flavor but not to much heat.

I feel like my sauce making has levelled up using this, I try to use it sparingly since the flavour in the finished sauce can be a bit strong

I’m setting up my new kitchen and need lots of staples. I’d not heard of this brand before. The price seemed decent but I was concerned about taste. It actually tastes good and is actually a bit better than my usual brand. It’s easy to recommend and I’ll buy again.
