The Reflexology Bible: Godsfield Bibles

Good little handbook. I am a Reflexologist and it has useful information all on one or two pages about specific health conditions. For mind, body etc. Would recommend :-)

This book lives up to its title; it provides an excellent introduction and comprehensive guidance for reflexology students and therapists, or will make an interesting read for any one who would like to understand more about Reflexology. The language style is easy to read, with lots of helpful images, including charts of reflexology points and zones. The content layout is good for dipping in and out of or looking things up. There are also lots of practical holistic health tips alongside how to adapt treatments for many conditions. The small size is handy for travelling and the text font size is still comfortable to read.

Having done a recent reflexology course, I found this book both informative and well illustrated.

Mum loved this book. Its got lots of theory and technicalities about the subject and so really makes it a great book for someone looking for something more in-depth.

This is a comprehensive and informative book for anyone wanting to explore the brilliant practice of reflexology. My friend is riveted and avidly reading it this excellent book

I have not received refelxology or started self practise yet but I love this book. I have bought all sorts of health books and most other books just woffle, provide little little information, lots of emotion garbage and don’t explain their subject well. This book is so precise, interesting and well written. I have no idea if reflexology will work on me but I am excited to try. Sadly Louise Keet only seems to have publisted books about reflexology but I wish other health authors would copy her style. What a great book, thank you Louise!

I was really looking forward to getting the reflexology bible, but when I opened the package and took it out there was something greasy/oily all over the front and back covers and stains on the page fronts, I wiped whatever it was off but the pages are still marked. I looked in the package there wasn’t anything inside or on my other book, whoever collated my order must have had whatever it was all over their hands.

Limite knowledge in this area, so this gives me the basic guidelines I need. Full of clean instructions and easy to use.

I would prefer the print to be darker. The book is very thorough and would recommend it to everyone that is interested in being healthier.

Very good pictures and illustration of different massages! Simple to fallow. Seems very complete! Very pleased with my purchase!

Got my copy of this book last August 2024, Romanian version. I find it extremely interesting and useful, that's why I ordered the English version now, from Amazon. Look forward for getting few more copies of it, both English and Romanian and give them to my dear ones or close friends
