Or open ended?** A: Hi Flavia, our resistance bands are a closed loop, with the circumference measuring 208cm. This makes them ideal for assisted pull ups, as you can loop the band around the bar. Alternatively our bands can be used for a range of exercises as demonstrated in our Exercise Guide (see pictures above). If you have any other questions please let us know and we will be happy to help. Kind Regards,Customer Care TeamCoresteady **Q: I have just received my package and only have the larger black resistance band! Where are the others? Many thanks .** A: Have just had the same shock. In the description, it does say it is only one band but the picture is very misleading. I thought I was buying a set - hence the price. Feel a little bit conned. **Q: hi have just ordered 10 x bands but meant to ask a)how durable are they and b)how many times the resting /passive state can thet be stretched regards** A: These bands are very durable, Im a personal trainer and these bands are by far the best piece of equipment I've got, I use them every single day, as for the flexibility there brilliant, I've have 18 stone guys use them, and the same bands same day 10 stone guys use them, they keep there shape and elasticity... 5 stars **Q: Your advert states each band comes with a commentary exercise guide. Mine did not. Can you send one please** A: More than enough help on YouTube for the use of bands in much greater detail you would get with an exercise guide ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality product *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 15 March 2026* Excellent product. They take a bit of bedding in; to start with they feel tight and stiff, but with a few uses they loosen up. They are easily as good as the more famous "orange" coloured brand, but half the price. You can get quite a big resistance, particularly if you use more than one band together, so more than useful for people wanted to not only keep fit, but also build muscle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time using resistance bands. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 4 September 2026* 10 years ago iv was training strongman in the gym 2 hours a day.Did Mauy Thai for a little while too.Now I have time for neither HGV driver 70 hours a week..I can’t recommend these enough! I was shocked on how good they actually are! They take up no space in my Cab and I need no other weights I can simply utilize these bands in different ways to get the same results. At first you might find the rubber is not so friendly on your hands you can go one of two ways either toughen up or wear gloves..Resistance bands work both on the positive push and the negative release meaning (if done correctly) your muscles are constantly under tension which is a fantastic way to build real strength ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simply does its job well *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 12 May 2026* Strong robust great bit of kit, using it for Spanish squats to rehab my runners knee issues. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/49258817-coresteady-resistance-band-blue](https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/49258817-coresteady-resistance-band-blue) --- *Product available on Desertcart Thailand* *Store origin: TH* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
