Working well
Getting decent speed over cat 8. Immediately recognised by my iPad. So far so good. Metal build quality is good feels like quality product.

So far so ....great!
Have used lots of these as we only use ethernet. Unlike every other one I have used these ones actually connect super quick. IPad, iPhone all recognise and connect quickly. Great solid build with a metal case. And the power charging works well. Has a green light when connected, which I personally like, but some may find annoying. Better than the blue glow from many. Would be improved with the traditional yellow green small leds seen on normal USB to ethernet adaptors. Good value for money IMHO. Would recommend.

Probably the best on Amazon for the price
Works 98% of the time. The sideways input for the lightning connector is awkward, I had to buy a right angle lightning cable. The box is bulky. However it works and it seems to work well, though very occasionally the phone needs a reboot to recognise it. Would probably buy again. EDIT: after trying a few including Apple’s, I would say this is probably the best you’re going to get. It’s still working pretty well after a while of use. Can’t say that for the Apple versions.

Network Connector for iPad
I bought this device to attach my iPad to our home network with a wired connection, i can say I've used it about 5 times and its slowing down my speed, i was blaming my internet provider until i did some tests, so its not working was a waste of money I cant recommend it, would not buy again.

Small footprint for travel, and offers a secure ethernet experience for ZOOM calls. One may want to carry an additional 6 feet of ethernet cable for plugging into hotel outlets.

Ziet er mooi en stevig uit en het ligt er aan wat je er mee wilt doen. Ik los storingen op in slimme laadpalen en kan nu zonder een laptop mee te zeulen, checken of de internet verbinding wel goed is en snel genoeg in de laadpaal. Daar is hij handig voor maar ga je echt werken op een iPad en video's streamen dan moet je er rekening mee houden dat de snelheid ouderwets laag ligt bij dit ding. Op mijn glasvezel aansluiting haal ik 94Mbps met dit ding. Via de 5Ghz WiFi zit ik op 479Mbps met dezelfde iPhone en via mijn niet ideale 5G verbinding zit ik al op 81Mbps. 94Mbps is dus best laag. Ik heb nog een lightning naar USB adapter gekocht hier op Amazon (zie foto) en daar een TP-Link 1Gb USB naar Ethernet adapter ingeplugd en daar haal ik met gemak 315Mbps mee. Een beter optie om mee met een iPad te werken bijvoorbeeld dan deze. Ik blijf deze gebruiken voor onderweg want hij is kleiner en makkelijker mee te nemen en snelheid heb ik niet echt nodig.

Lieferung erfolgte über Amazon sehr schnell. Ich habe den Adapter gekauft um ein IPad via LAN ins Netzwerk einzubinden. Per WLAN hatte ich oft beim Streaming Verbindungsabbrüche, selbst bei Filmen in HD-Qualität. Ich war mir daher nicht sicher, ob mir 100 Mbit/s reichen würden. Zum Browsen reicht es 100%ig. Auch für das Streamen in normaler Bild-Qualität (HD) ist der Adapter ausreichend, keinerlei Abbrüche. Bei 4K kommt er aber an seine Grenzen. Auch hier friert das Bild öfters ein. Werde den Adapter dennoch behalten, da eine praktische Funktion vorhanden ist. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, am Adapter ein Ladegerät anzuschließen, um das iPad gleichzeitig aufzuladen. Bleibt also nur noch abzuwarten, wie die Haltbarkeit ist. Von daher kann ich den IVSHOWCO Lightning-zu-RJ45-Ethernet-LAN-Netzwerkadapter auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, wenn 100 Mbit/s ausreichend sind.

This is great if you have a wired network and you want to move large amounts of data like music to your phone

Great adapter. Used it to connect an Allen & Heath dLive to a iPad and we had no connection issues with it. The charging is slow on it so just be mindful of that.
