Other people have experienced the same issue - the support section on the bottom of the lower shelf (see picture) was broken and there was no possibility of using some glue to reassemble the piece. And why would I want to even try that with an item that was just received? I was going to reorder the item, but after reading other reviews and seeing this is a common problem, I decided to just return it and order a table from a different seller. I really like the concept, especially the power plugs included in the table, but poor quality is a deal breaker for me! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Broken part...replaced and thank you. *by A***R on Reviewed in Canada on 31 August 2019* It came with the bottom shelf broken, see picture. I’m going to ask for a replacement part and see how that goes......they sent me an entirely new table instead of just the part so when it arrived I just swapped the new part for the broken one and returned the “unopened” one. Great service, fast and the guy I talked with was friendly and efficient.All that being said, however, the table itself is a little pricey for what it actually is. I could have purchased an inexpensive table from almost anywhere and screwed an extension cord on the back of it for half the price. I like it, though, and it does the job so I’ll be keeping it but it’s not as solid a piece of furniture I would have hoped for a $200 table. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Would have been 5 stars but.... *by B***T on Reviewed in Canada on 20 October 2019* I saw this unit for sale in a store and liked it so ordered this when I noticed it for sale at Amazon. Unfortunately it arrived broken, so that's why only 1 star for Sturdiness and for Value. I would have rated it higher for ease of construction if I didn't have to glue and dowel the bottom shelf back together. Also the front and back was scratched quite a bit, but a Sharpie felt marker did the trick somewhat.
