VERY HAPPY with this plane! It's worthy of more than 5 stars. I've had it 4 months. It's very responsive to the controls. One thing I learned going from an 18in wingspan to this size is that the larger the plane the more it acts like a real airplane, in other words don't approach stall speed especially on corners or the potential to go into a "death spiral" is greater. This plane looks great, especially the lights at dusk. A very durable bush plane. Came with everything I expected. The things I got separately were the FLYSKY FS-i6 6CH remote control and the FLYSKY FS-iA6B Receiver both which I highly recommend and of course you'll need batteries. The tires are pneumatic, so they eat up the shock from rough landings. The landing gear was definitely thought through. You won't bend it unless you really do a crash landing. Don't know how it could be made better. The only issue I had is that sometimes the elevator operates a little slowly so I just have to made sure it's responding promptly before the flight. It never developed the issue in the air if I cleared it up by running the function before the flight. I also figured out how to drop parachute men... put the flaps down, piece 3 or 4 rubberbands together, tie one end to the right flap control wire, run it under the plane, go around vertical left wing strut, hook it on left flap control horn, fold up parachutes and pitch between the rubberband and the belly of the plane, to release, simply flip the flaps to the off position and rubberband will snap off and dangle from right wing for remainder of flight. Do you want to drop candy? A generic mask does the trick for hauling it as you can see in the picture. This bird is also capable of towing streamers or banners.

A Must-Buy Item, Totally Worth It!

I made the mistake of over-paying by almost $70 because I didn't bother to shop around and buy direct from FMS. FMS will not provide support unless you purchase direct from them, as well. Arrived with incomplete parts, FMS will not provide support. I was able to make it work but it's a bit disappointing. Plane itself is pretty cool. Durability claims of being "indestructible" are HIGHLY blown out of proportion - I assure you it is indeed quite destructible :)

Its a foamy. Its not going to survive every crash but its good flys well and decent price on sale. Its easy to assemble though the wiring can be a bit tricky but a hook bent paper clip will save you a lot of time fishing wires.

Plane Flies exactly as a Cub should. On board Gyro does a great job keeping the plane controllable in the wind (if you so desire :D) and the "safe" mode does a great job keeping the plane very tame in flight....I personally feel too disconnected in that mode.... feels like EXP is on 90% to me. Getting 5 mins of spirited flight time on 3s 2200 packs with 3.7-8 volts per cell. Love the pneumatic tires + the spring struts + Flaps (but honestly not needed but cool to have anyway!), awesome for grass operations! Love the Lights as well.... Oh and if you have a 7+ channel RX/TX you get Reverse Throttle! Way cool....so far, I've only used the reverse for taxi ops. Assembly was easy.... EXCEPT for the fuselage assembly. The two screws that are required to bolt the two halves together, the hole do not line up well and while it causes a snug fit (good thing) it is a pain to get these holes and bolts in...so take your time and apply some pressure to get them to line up. Overall, I highly recommend this plane for Intermediate and Seasoned pilots looking for a Cub STAL type plane, not a beginner plane IMO.

Great stol plane.

Cheaply produced. More parts needed which doubled our cost; even then, it NEVER flew! My grandson was soo disappointed! We threw it out.
