Don’t panic colour turned out the same!
Took a star off for the needless and annoying change of colour name and time spent contacting L’Oreal to ensure that this is the same shade as the previous “500 medium brown”. I thought others would find it useful to hear that for me this did indeed turn out the same shade as it always has despite the re-formulation and name change. I noticed nothing about the new formulation, perhaps the mixture is a little more runny. I will continue to use this product.

Great for a semipermanent job, covers grey but regular top up is needed as your hair grows!

Colour came out a lot darker than expected, but faded to a nice brown after a few washes. Looked lovely for a few weeks but after the product completely washed out it left my natural hair an extremely brassy colour- completely not how it was before sadly

The box was openwhen i opened the main package.. Overall it was expensive & the postage too !
