Will this be compatible with 13th gen Raptor Lake and z790 motherboards?

Although the seller responded that this product is not compatible with new Z790 motherboards, both of Intel's 12th & 13th Gen CPUs use Socket LGA1700. Also, Intel's 12th Gen & 13th Gen CPUs are physically identical, as 12th Gen CPUs will work in the newer Z790 boards. We can safely infer that this product should indeed work on any LGA1700 socket motherboard, even the Z790 motherboards not yet released at the time of this writing.

Can Liquid Metal thermal paste be used, I.E. Thermal Grizzly's Conductonaut Liquid Metal? I've heard that since the bracket is anodized not conductive

Best paste for the money right now is the Arctic MX-6 for 12th and 13th Gen processors. Save yourself $$$...Thermal Grizzly is overpriced, IMO and a waste of money to save a degree or two. The Thermalright bracket holds the CPU in place and sits slightly below the thermal surface area of the CPU. It does not come in contact with heatsinks so conductive thermal material is not of concern with this bracket.

Can you use this along with an assassin x 120 r se? the mobo is a pro b660-a

Can be used, bcf is used on the cpu, no matter what radiator you use is not affected
