Is the nonstick coating supposed to be 'pitted'? Expected it to be very smooth!

I thought that but checked other scoville pans in same range & all felt the same so I suppose it is, great to cook with & cleans up great 👍

Is this actually copper as per the item name? Because it's black and the description says aluminium..

Can these be used on both hubs induction and the other one ?
