Pretty good, actually. I have an entry level pistol crossbow which fires at 175 fps & from 30ft away, the bolts get lodged deep into the target, which loosens the flights. If I was further away, perhaps the bolts would last longer 😁

Gift for grandson, works a treat.

This target boss is made of a light weight closed cell foam, not the dense, more rubbery foam that my other bosses are made of. This gives it a very unique thud when hit with an arrow. I've found it great for my daughters compound bow which is set at about 25lb and 18m range. It stops the arrows however they do stick out through the back about 10cm at that range. Arrows are very easy to remove however and it is holding up quite well. I did hit it with my bow, which is about 50lb at the same range and it went straight through the foam and the support leg. In summary, great for low power bows up to 25lb, easy to remove arrows and light to carry. I'd buy again for my daughter but it's no good for me.

So it's not self healing. And my 27lb recurve at 40 yards punches through to flights and I consider 27 low poundage. Rip off. Buy some foam that's actually self healing and dense. This is the equivalent to packing foam quality at best. And the paper targets aren't reinforced paper in anyway. I know it doesn't state that it is but if you're accurate I've punched a 50p sized hole in the yellow within 5 mins if opening. Awful product remove self healing and state the truth

Performing as described at the moment, just needs propping up to use effectively.
