This is a diuretic. It is going to cause loose watery stools. I regret purchasing this supplement. It really is far too expensive for what it is.

I rarely find amazing products but I swear if you get belly pain or bloating after pasta, pizza or heavy meals these pills remove all the discomfort. They really work well and work fast. Relief within the hour. I usually take them right after a heavy meal. LOVE ARRAE BLOAT!
