Trying to help my daughter get through her GCSE's. Well written and laid out with lots of good pointer tips on how to answer the kind of questions that might be posed.

Purchased on the recommendations of the English Teacher at my sons school for the help in revision of the novel for the GCSE next spring. Looks very helpful and breaks down the story to help remember in bite size chunks. I would recommend as a good revision deivce.

This was an excellent resource for writing essays. It gave enough ideas on the different subjects to get you going and not too much so that everyone's essays would be different.

This book is enticing and well laid out. It is easy for a dis-interested 15yo boy to dip in and find useful points, observations and quotes.

Really really good book, defiantly breaks it down. I found R & J hard but now I have a much better understanding of the language and the text Asa whole. I'm sitting the 2017 9-1 Gcse exams this year so this is more suited than the other revision guides which are Abit outdated

Gives a good overview of what happens in each scene with the importance of it and key moment which is really good. However the analysis is quite minimal but it’s great for a base which can be expanded on. There’s good analysis on characters covering language, form and structure. Sample answers and exam pratice questions are provided too. Although the guide is good it’s not very detailed thus I wouldn’t solely rely on it.
